3 Goals of Victory For Barcelona

On Wednesday (sorry I was kind of busy and had slow internet), Barcelona took the lead against Panathinaikos in the Champions League.

The Panathinaikos nearly took the first lead in the 19th minnute but stopped by Valdes charging out of the goal blocking the ball from the goal. In the 26th minute the goal finally came and from defender Pedro into the bottom left of the goal, with a corner and then Barcelona taking a header to pass back and after a lot of passing in the goal area Pedro takes the shot when he has enough space.

After the second half, Messi shot the ball into the back of the net just before he got slid over. The 2-0 lead turned into a 3-0 lead when Pedro again scored in the 69th minute. I'd also like to tell you that I'm very sorry but I forgot to write about Barcelona's 5-0 win agains Almeria but again, (slow internet). Cya all and CHERUB BEAT THAT!

Barcelona Stunning Attack

13th November was when Barcelona had started off with a brilliant Attack, and where in the 21st minute scoring the first goal of the match was Villa, taking a brilliant through ball from the centre to the left and professionally controlling the ball and then shooting it way past the keeper. Barcelona 1 Villarreal 0. Barcelona wasn't finished yet as they came in for another attack in  the 25th minute with Pedro taking a shot to the goal as easy as 123 from a pass from the centre but, BRRRRRR offside. Taking advantage of possession form the offside, Villarreal recovered from both of these threatening goals and shots and scored by Nilmar only just getting it In the net about 1cm past the post.

Half time came and it was now only 1-1. Barcelona came back in the second half and 2 goals scored from Messi in the 58th and  83rd minute with lots of teamwork with Pedro. Although the second goal looked definitely like an offside form Messi, the ref still counted it and the ref is the one who counts the points. The game ended with a 3-1 win to Barcelona. Again with Messi scoring atleast a goal.

Feel the five burns of POWA! (Power)...

Ceuta was blown away from a 5-1 match against FC Barcelona (the best team in the world). Ceuta only managed to score one goal, which was the third goal of the match but no more. Scored by Guzman.

The first two goals were scored in the early minutes of the game by Nolito in the 2nd minute and Milito in the 7th minute. Bojan missed a very useful penalty in the penlty in the 25th minute that could of made it a 3-1 score and with  red card to Ceuta's defender. Ceuta's first goal was scored in the 35th minute by Guzman and Milito was sent off and replaced with Eric Abidal in the 38th minute due to an injury that could put him out for 4-6 weeks. At half time it was 2-1 and 5 minutes into the second half, Pedro scores, receiving a pass from the center and shooting a very accurate and low shot from the right. Bojan not caring about his previous penalty, scores in the 64th minute creating a 4-1 lead. The last and final 5-1 goal is scored by barca star Messi in the 68th minute taking a very lucky shot that came chipped over the keeper, bouncing off a defenders leg while barca's strikers tries to shoot and coming right into Messi's control and takes the easy shot!

This takes Barcelona one step ahead in the Spanish Cup and they will win that and the Spanish league too, not forgetting the Champions league.

Lose and Comeback AGAIN?

November 9th witnessed another one of Barcelona's victories. Again they had drawed a game with FC Copenhagen and won their next game in the Spanish league.

Messi Scores the leading goal on the 23rd minute with a shot so close it would've went in with anyone but he had to use his fast reflexes and running speeds to get there. The 2-0 goal is scored by Villa securing the lead with a goal in the 34th minute. A third goal is scored by defender Pedro in the 65th minute, Getafe's keeper passing the ball to a defender and Messi manages to hit the ball away form him to the right when he turns around. The goalkeeper dives for the ball but just as he's about to hold it, Pedro swiftly flicks it away before i reaches his hand and shoots into the empty goal.

It is all over for Getafe but they don't give up and Del Moral scores in the 69th minute making it a 3-1 score. The goal is useless as there are no other goals and Barcelona Wins with 3 goals to 1.

Unexpected DISSAPOINTMENT

FC Copenhagen somehow managed a disappointing draw for FC Barcelona. On the 2nd of November Barcelona drawed ANOTHER game in the champions league. After winning against Sevilla 5-1 go all he way down to a 1-1 draw.

Messi scored a goal with help of the opponents defence hitting the ball away from Villa's attempt at goal and failing to clear it away, Messi receives the ball and shoots with his right foot which is not the foot he is used to shoot better with. giving a 1-0 lead to Barcelona in the 31st minute. Barcelona are still not safe as in the next minute Copenhagen scores the equaliser with a cross from the left Valdes couldn't hold on to flicking it up over onto the left side of goal and Claudimir scores a very good curling shot into the bottom left corner and past the diving Valdes into the the goal.

 Barcelona have drawed but it is not the end and still have two more games to make a good comeback.

Awesome Win FC Barcelona 5 - 0 Sevilla FC

Again Barcelona has won a game but this time it is a 5 to nil win against Sevilla FC.

The first goal was so fast, scored in only the fourth minute of the game by Messi. Another goal only 20 minutes later by Villa in the 24th minute, taking a run from the wing, receiving a pass and skills into the box, shoots with a curling shot using his left foot and straight into the top left corner of the goal sealing a 2-0 lead. The third goal is from the defender Dani Alves in the 52nd minute.

In the 63rd minute the 4-0 goal is scored by Messi (his second goal in the match), with the ball charging into the middle heading straight towards the defenders blocking his way but does a side foot kick through a gap and into the bottom corner by Messi a very easy but smart move. The 5th and final goal is form Villa again in the last minute scoring by another left foot shoot this time nearly like Messi scored his second.

The ending score was 5-0 and I think although Barcelona is 2 points away form being first on the table coming second with Real Madrid in front they can win the league and end at the top of the table. They have recovered from their losses and draws but the past doesn't matter it is the present that matters.

Heroic Comeback For Barcelona!

Finally Barca has won a game in the past 3 games. They won against Valencia CF at last with a close 2-1 win.

Barcelona nearly took the lead at the 22nd minute when Xavi came charging in turning around a defender/midfielder then rocketing a shot at the right but the keeper had came in fast enough in time to dive with the ball to the ground. 

Then on the 39th minute Valencia is passing through just on the left of the penalty area then passes to the middle and shoots reflecting off Valdes' keeper gloves and straight into the goal by Pablo Hernandez Dominguez.

 Valencia comes back again on the 41st minute taking a pass from the right wing straight to the right-middle of the penalty box and then finally into the middle with another shot but this time Valdes knocks it out of play for a Corner. Half Time and it is 1-0 to Valencia CF

Barcelona scores eventually 2 minutes after halftime at the 47th minute and Iniesta takes an easy shot to the bottom-left corner to make it a 1-1 draw. In the 59th minute Dani Alves does a quick 1 2  pass with Messi takes a cross, then with a header from David Villa rebounds off the keeper with the defenders taking the chance away.

 Barcelona score the winning goal at the 63rd minute, Xavi crossing the ball into the box and exactly like how he did it in the FIFA world cup, Puyol headers it in the goal! making the 2-1 lead.

Barcelona are now 3rd from this win and at the end they should be at the top winning the cup and beaten Real Madrid.

Close Win For Barca

It's Dani Alves with the ball and he passes the ball to David Villa, who catches the defenders in the offside trap off guard and he takes the ball up and he shoots in the left pass the keeper! It's a Gooooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalll! David Villa just scored the first goal in this match for Barcelona playing against Sporting.He has taken the lead for the game in the 22nd September!

 The goal in the 49th minute by Villa was the only goal in the match and that had given Barcelona a close win. With the goal so early in the second half they could have scored a goal and made it even but Barcelona has some really strong defence to stop the menacing strikers in the other teams.

Although Barcelona usually scored more than one goal to secure their lead, in the first half Sporting was doing a fantastic job stopping Barcelona's strikes. Especially one from Iniesta who replaced Mess because of an injury. It was in the 9th minute so it would've been a brilliant goal.

This 1-0 win has taken them up into 3rd place because they had 3 wins and 1 loss when the two other teams in front of them had 3 wins and 1 draw each. If Barcelona had 1 draw they might've still been 3rd because Real Madrid and Valencia FC were just a little ahead on goals.

I think Barcelona played really good with their defence and if they had Messi on it probably would've been a 3-0 win I'd say.

Barcelona 1-1 Mallorca, A Stupid Draw

Again!!! Barcelona Drew again on 3rd October. This is very bad for Barcelona this season they might note win the League Cup if they don't focus on their games now.

Barcelona drew 1-1 to Mallorca which makes it two ties in a row, (Rubin 1-1 Barcelona / Now Barcelona 1-1 Mallorca). The first goal was from Barcelona scored by a very good player in Barcelona Lionel Messi in the 20th minute and Barcelona though they had luck to win the match already.

They were proven wrong as Mallorca scored an equaliser in the 42nd minute with a header. After that goal the second half was goalless. Barcelona had heaps of opportunities after Messi's Goal but none of them took the ball to the back of the net.

This was a shocking draw and Barcelona has lost alot of points from the draws and losses. If they hadn't drawed they might've been coming first now. Barcelona still needs to work on their defence though and this is only the beginning so they can come back to WIN!

Why Isn't Barcelona on Top?

This is really bad. Barcelona is only coming FOURTH on the Liga BBVA table being beat by Valencia CF (1st), Villarreal CF (2nd) and Real Madrid (3rd). This is terrible. Barcelona shouldn't be coming fourth they should be first!

If they aren't first now, then they will be first when they win at the end of the season. The only reason they are fourth are bacuase of stupid RCD Mallorca because they drew against them too! I think this is only because the coach for Barcelona didn't extend the contract for Thierry Henry (the best soccer player ever) to stay longer and he would've helped them win all of their games.

All I have to say is Go BARCELONA and i also hate Real Madrid, Barcelona's Rival.

Muddy Day For Football

On Sunday 26th, I played football at Summerland and guess what? It was very muddy.

I was muddy on my arms and my legs. The only reason my arms were muddy was because I was practising some overhead kicks like what Berbatov did to score for Man U. I went with my Brother and a friend. We practised some shots and passing but mainly shots. I sometimes tripped from running with the ball and shooting so I got really muddy and when I did some sliding I got grass in my socks! It was very uncomfortable and the mud made me itch.

I took some shots which were about 10 metres away which is pretty long and did them at the rugby posts because they were bigger. I went to the halfway but I missed because my brother was so big he kept stopping all of my shots. My other friend which was my brothers friend did very big shots so my brother got scared and dived out of the way. Which was what I did sometimes when one of the shot the ball at goal but only sometimes when they shot from up close.

I think that it was the really bad day to play football and I learnt that do not try to properly play football when Winter has not finished. Everyone needs to remember that too.

Barcelona Drew NOOOOOOOOO!

Oh My God! Barcelona Drew on the 29th of Spetember. This is one of the most terrifying thigns that would happen because barcelona normally WINS! atleast it wasn't a lost.

They had drew Against Rubin 1-1 which I though was very sad. Well that was because Barcelona wasn;t playing their hardest and they were only going easy (What I say when something bad happens as an excuse). Pedro nearly scored i nthe first half but it had hit the crossbar and the Goalkeeper recovered from his dive and caught the ball rebounding back.

Moments Later Dani Alves Gives Rubin a penalty and suddenly Rubin scores it, Victor Valdes (goalkeeper) so close to saving it and it is 1-0! I HATE RUBIN! But Iniesta comes in attackign with the ball trying to score and surrounded by defenders in all directions then suddenly gets tripped up in the penalty area and guess what? Yes its another penalty! This is a god chance for Barcelona to score and luckily... David Villa only just scores it in the bottom Right Corner! HOORAYYY Barcelona has made it a draw. But Barcelona still ahs to score.

In the end no one scores and it is a 1-1 draw. I thin kbArcleona played well but not as good as normal. Anotehr thing I would like to say is that... I HATE RUBIN SO MUCH!
